Terms of service
These conditions applicable to online purchases (the "Conditions") constitute an agreement between you ("you" or the "Customer") and Thérapie CPAP Outaouais, located at 201-28 blvd. du Mont-Bleu, Gatineau (Québec) Canada J8Z 1J1 ("we" or "Thérapie CPAP Outaouais"), which is the owner and operator of the website with the URL https://www.boutiquetco.com (the "Site"). The Site is intended for users who have reached the age of majority in their territory of residence and have the capacity to contract.
These Conditions govern the purchase of Products on this Site. "Product(s)" refers to any item for sale on the Site, including the services offered.
Thérapie CPAP Outaouais provides you with access to the Site and allows you to use it on the condition that you comply with and respect the Terms of Use of the website and the Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference herein. By submitting your order on this Site, you accept these Conditions, including the Terms of Use of the website and the Privacy Policy, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Warranties
Unless specifically indicated for a given model or manufacturer, the warranties listed below apply to all products in the same category. To see the terms of the warranties applicable to the Products, please refer to the following table:

Subject to the terms and conditions contained in the manufacturer's warranty contract found in the user manual, Thérapie CPAP Outaouais undertakes to exchange or repair any defective item acquired from one of its authorized representatives during the warranty period indicated in the table below. In the case of an exchange, Thérapie CPAP Outaouais will attempt to replace the item with a new or refurbished item of equivalent quality and value, subject to the availability of devices and manufacturer's parts. This commitment applies to the extent that:
- The item is maintained and used in accordance with the specifications of the user manual and/or accessory replacement guides;
- The part of the item to be repaired or replaced is an original part or an original spare part, with repairs and/or replacements carried out by Thérapie CPAP Outaouais, the manufacturer, and/or an authorized person;
- Normal precautions have been taken to keep the item in good condition;
- The item has not been subject to unauthorized modifications, misuse, negligence, or accidents caused, in particular, by water or animals;
- The item has not been used for purposes other than those for which it is designed or has not been used with accessories other than those recommended;
- The item bears the manufacturer's original identification marks (serial number).
In case of non-compliance with points 1 to 6, Thérapie CPAP Outaouais and/or the manufacturer reserves the right to cancel the warranty. In such a case, any repair and/or exchange, as well as related transportation costs, will be at your expense. Repair or exchange does not extend the manufacturer's warranty period.
Product Description
Thérapie CPAP Outaouais strives to be as accurate as possible on the Site. However, Thérapie CPAP Outaouais does not guarantee that Product descriptions or any other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, up-to-date, and/or error-free. If the Product you received does not match the Product description you ordered on the Site, Thérapie CPAP Outaouais's liability is limited to refunding you the value of the Product if it is returned to Thérapie CPAP Outaouais in its original condition (unopened) within ten (10) days of the Product's billing date. For more information regarding the steps to return a Product, please refer to our Product Return Policy stipulated in section 14 below.
Errors on the Site
Thérapie CPAP Outaouais reserves the right to revoke any offer displayed on the Site, to refuse or cancel any order, and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the Site at any time and without notice, even after submitting an order and even if the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. In the event that your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, Thérapie CPAP Outaouais will refund you the full amount charged by the original payment method.
Price Policy
Product prices may be changed without notice. The prices displayed on the Site are in Canadian dollars.
Sales Tax Policy
Thérapie CPAP Outaouais collects and remits sales tax as required by law.
Sale for Personal Use
Products offered on the Site are for end-users only, for personal use and not for resale.
Conditions for Purchasing a Sleep Apnea Treatment Device.
CPAP Device
The purchase of a CPAP device requires a valid medical prescription. The prescription must include:
- Your name and date of birth;
- The type of prescribed device (fixed or variable);
- The device's pressure setting; and
- The doctor's signature.
If the respiratory therapist does not find a valid prescription in your client file, you will be contacted before your order is shipped. Once the prescription is received, your order will be shipped.
Bilevel Device (BPAP) and Auto-Titrating Devices (APAP)
The purchase of a bilevel (BPAP) or auto-titrating (APAP) device requires a valid medical prescription. The prescription must include:
- Your name and date of birth;
- The type of prescribed device (Bilevel or auto-titrating);
- The device's pressure setting;
- The device's trigger (pressure support); and
- The doctor's signature.
If the respiratory therapist does not find a valid prescription in your client file, you will be contacted before your order is shipped. Once the prescription is received, your order will be shipped.
Adherence to the Terms of Use of the Site
Thérapie CPAP Outaouais reserves the right to cancel orders, to refuse or to limit the quantity of Products purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. Thérapie CPAP Outaouais reserves the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in its sole judgment, seem to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
By submitting your order, you represent and warrant that you meet the conditions of use specified on the Site, including the Conditions, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
Methods of Payment
The following methods of payment are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
Delivery
The Products will be delivered to the address you provided when placing the order. For more information on delivery methods and costs, please refer to the "Delivery" section of the Site.
Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and the title to the Products are transferred to you upon delivery of the Products to the carrier.
Return Policy

Product Return Policy
All product returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number, which can be obtained by contacting Thérapie CPAP Outaouais's customer service by email at info@boutiquetco.com or by phone at 819-778-3748
All requests for returns must be made within thirty (30) days of the Product's billing date. No return request will be accepted after this period.
Except for defective Products, all Products must be returned to Thérapie CPAP Outaouais in their original packaging and in new and unused condition. The Products must be in the same condition as when they were received by you.
Returns must be made at your expense and will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the Product's purchase price.
Damaged Products
In the event that a Product is damaged during transportation, you must notify Thérapie CPAP Outaouais within seven (7) days of receiving the Product by contacting customer service by email at info@boutiquetco.com or by phone at 1-819-778-3748. Thérapie CPAP Outaouais will replace any Product that is damaged during transportation, provided you have notified Thérapie CPAP Outaouais of the damage within the time limits specified in this section and that you have returned the damaged Product to Thérapie CPAP Outaouais.
Security
Thérapie CPAP Outaouais ensures the security of your transactions on the Site by using encryption technologies. Although Thérapie CPAP Outaouais takes all reasonable steps to protect your personal information, Thérapie CPAP Outaouais cannot guarantee the complete security of the information you transmit to the Site. Consequently, you transmit this information at your own risk.
Accuracy of Account Information
Thérapie CPAP Outaouais reserves the right to refuse any order you place with us. Thérapie CPAP Outaouais may, in its sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that Thérapie CPAP Outaouais makes a change to or cancels an order, Thérapie CPAP Outaouais may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at the Site. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that Thérapie CPAP Outaouais can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Termination
Thérapie CPAP Outaouais reserves the right, without notice and at its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site or any part of the Site, for any reason, including without limitation any breach by you of these Conditions.
Applicable Laws
These Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
Dispute Resolution
You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and Thérapie CPAP Outaouais will be brought exclusively in the courts of the Province of Quebec. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that Thérapie CPAP Outaouais may bring proceedings against you for breach of these Conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
Modification of these Conditions
Thérapie CPAP Outaouais reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify these Conditions at any time without notice. By continuing to use this Site following any such modification, you agree to comply with and be bound by the Conditions as modified. You are responsible for reviewing these Conditions regularly to determine whether they have been modified. If you do not agree to any modification of these Conditions, you must immediately stop using the Site.
