Product Return Policy

All sales made through the Site are subject to this Product Return Policy. Thérapie CPAP Outaouais undertakes to refund, in whole or in part, the Products that you return to us, according to the conditions and within the specified time frame in this Article 14, except for a Product with the mention "NON-REFUNDABLE" for which no refund is offered.

Return of any other product purchased on the Site

Thérapie CPAP Outaouais grants you the privilege of returning, for a refund, any Product that you have purchased on this Site (other than a CPAP machine), within a period of ten (10) days following the date of the Product invoice, provided that the Product has not been unpacked and is returned within the specified period, in its original condition (unopened). Upon the return of the Product, Thérapie CPAP Outaouais reserves the right to refuse, at its sole discretion, a refund request when all conditions for the refund have not been met. If all conditions for the refund have been met, Thérapie CPAP Outaouais undertakes to refund the amounts received to date for the acquisition of said Product. A return processing fee of $15 will be deducted from the initial cost, and a credit corresponding to the difference will be issued. Delivery fees are not refundable. If you need advice from a professional following the purchase of a mask on our site, we can offer you a consultation with a fee of $50. No possibility of exchange for any Product purchased on the Site (other than a CPAP machine).

Steps to return a Product

To return a Product, you can contact customer service by email at info@boutiquetco.com. Our agents will establish with you the most appropriate return method according to your situation, either by postal return or by returning directly to a service point.

If the postal return method is chosen, a Canada Post return label will be emailed to you.

Please follow these steps:

Before closing the package, make sure you have included all the items you want to return. Print the return label and affix it to the package containing the items you want to return. A refund will be automatically made to your original payment method within a period of three (3) to five (5) business days following the receipt of your package at our warehouse.
